Sarah from Utica, Mississippi and she is currently completing her undergraduate degree in biochemistry at Ole Miss. She is interested in researching different methods of organic synthesis, like ball-milling mechanochemistry as opposed to solution-based chemistry.
Sara is an aspiring biomedical engineer currently studying at the University of Mississippi. She is in her junior year of undergraduate school. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant, she is gaining hands-on experience and contributing to advancements in organic chemistry research. Passionate about making a difference in cancer treatment, she aims to pursue a career as a Surgical Oncologist. Sara also driven by a commitment to improving patient outcomes. Due to this, she is dedicated to researching and developing innovative cancer treatment options in the future. Sara love to read and watch movies in her free time.

Teddi is currently doing her undergraduate studies majoring in Biochemistry with minors in Biology and Psychology. She has been involved in undergraduate research for one semester, focusing on Organic Chemistry, specifically the Synthesis of Carbon Nanoarchitectures. In her free time, she enjoys reading, swimming, and singing
Mallory is a senior undergraduate pursuing a B.S. in Chemistry. She is originally from Olive Branch, MS, but she now lives in Oxford as she pursues her degree. Before working in this group, she worked for three years as a member of the Delcamp Group, where she synthesized organic dyes for photosensitizers such as dye-sensitized solar cells. Now, she is working on testing new methods for the synthesis of “Bucky Bowls” using a ball milling machine. Outside of lab, she loves to read, watch tv, and hang out with her friends! Additionally, she works with SMACS as the vice president and volunteer with the Oxford Community Market!
